Jojo part 8 stands

Jojo part 8 stands is of the most intersitng set of stands in all of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, so, here you’ll find all the info about all of them, so let’s keep going.

Soft and Wet

soft and wet

Soft & Wet is Josuke Higashikata‘s Stand. It uses bubbles that can do different things. For example, the Stand can trap someone inside a bubble because the bubble is very strong.

The main ability of Soft & Wet is to take certain qualities from things when the bubbles pop near them. Josuke can take away heat, smell, or moisture from objects. Here’s how it works: If he uses a bubble near an oven, he can pull the heat out of the oven and make the bubble hot. He can then keep this heat in the bubble and put it into something else later. Also, these bubbles can burst and cause a lot of damage if they pop close to something.

Wonder of U

Toru‘s Wonder of U is one of the strongest Stands in JoJo Part 8 and one of the strongest in the entire series. It differs from usual Stands because it can assume a human form that non-Stand users can see. Its power is to control calamity, meaning it can make bad things happen to anyone who looks at Wonder of U’s back. It fits well with its ability to create illusions that only certain people can see.

The most horrifying part is that Wonder of U can use its calamity control on anyone who looks at its back, if that’s what it wants, and if someone decides to chase it, the calamity effect is automatic.

To help you understand how Wonder of U’s calamity works, I’ll give you an example. If Wonder of U used its calamity power on you, you could be walking normally and suddenly bump into something, fall, and break an arm. In some cases, it can even control natural phenomena, like creating rain that harms anyone it hits.

It helps her find destinations, escape danger, and even hack electronic devices.

For example, it can alter GPS data, break into police servers, and delete files from other people’s phones. Also, Paisley Park can show Yasuho choices on her phone or laptop, providing items she needs later. Although not strong in direct combat, it is very autonomous and protects Yasuho and her friends. When Yasuho needs help, Paisley Park guides her and offers solutions quickly.

Born This Way

Born This Way, Kei Nijimura’s Stand, has impressive abilities. It’s an automatic Stand, meaning it stays powerful no matter how far it is from its user. Once Nijimura targets someone, Born This Way will appear near them whenever they open something like a door or a notebook. However, it won’t appear if the person just opens their eyes or mouth.

When Born This Way appears, it creates strong, freezing winds to attack and will try to eliminate the target. The Stand can take heavy hits and even ram into people with its motorcycle. However, it only appears under specific conditions. The target can avoid it by being careful, if they close whatever they opened to make the Stand appear, Born This Way will also disappear.

California King Bed

Daiya Higashikata’s Stand, California King Bed, has a strange appearance reminiscent of a doll. This Stand possesses a unique ability to steal and manifest parts of a person’s memories. The power activates when someone breaks a rule set by Daiya, any rule she chooses.

When the rule is broken, the stolen memories appear as chess pieces. Daiya can view these memories by touching the pieces. These memories can be from any event in the person’s life. Destroying a chess piece erases the memory forever and causes harm to the person it belongs to.

Nut King Call

Nut King Call is Joshu Higashikata’s Stand, and it can control nuts and bolts on things or people. This humanoid Stand can take items apart and put them back together. By inserting nuts and bolts into a target, it creates fake joints. When a nut is removed, the object or body part falls apart, but it doesn’t harm people. If the target moves away, the parts reattach themselves, sometimes in the wrong way. Nut King Call can also connect objects using a nut and bolt. Joshu can even detach parts of his own body, like his tongue, and still control and feel them. This ability makes Nut King Call both versatile and strong.

Paper Moon King

Paper Moon King one of the Jojo part 8 stands

Tsurugi Higashikata’s Stand, Paper Moon King, is unique among the stands in JoJo Part 8. It has no physical form; instead, it creates living origami that control the senses of anyone who touches them. These origami figures, like frogs, can move briefly, and Tsurugi uses them to confuse people rather than fight. Paper Moon King isn’t limited to just the origami Tsurugi creates or to paper origami. For example, Tsurugi can turn a cellphone into origami by making it more versatile.

When someone touches these origami, they might experience effects such as seeing everyone with the same face, being unable to read, having slowed reflexes, or mistaking one object for another.

King Nothing

Norisuke Higashikata’s Stand, King Nothing, is a utility Stand with a unique ability and appearance. Its body is composed entirely of jigsaw puzzle pieces, which are also crucial to its power. King Nothing’s main ability is its scent-tracking capability.

Once it has identified the smell, it follows the trail to locate its target. This Stand can also break down into small jigsaw pieces, allowing it to navigate through tight spaces while tracking. Additionally, King Nothing has the ability to transform into the shape of the tracked object by attaching its pieces to items touched by the target. Although it lacks strength in direct combat, its tracking abilities and flexibility make it valuable in various scenarios.

Love Love Deluxe

This Stand is the counterpart to Love Deluxe, which belongs to Yukako. Love Deluxe allows Yukako to control other people’s hair within an 80-meter radius. She uses this ability to deceive people into believing she can permanently restore their hair. Additionally, she can create hair ropes to use in attacks.

Walking Heart

walking heart from jojolion

Walking Heart is a humanoid Stand with a unique ability: it can stretch its user’s heels up to 4 meters. This makes the heels a formidable weapon capable of penetrating even the hardest materials, such as walls or stones. The stretching happens extremely quickly, making it difficult to dodge. Despite its seemingly simple ability, Hato Higashikata has effectively utilized Walking Heart, demonstrating that its simplicity does not diminish its effectiveness.

Fun Fun Fun

stand from part 8 funfunfun

Ojiro Sasame’s Stand, Fun Fun Fun, has an ability that reminds one of Justice’s ability from Part 3. It controls a person by marking them when Ojiro is positioned above them. Once marked, the victim is forced to mimic Ojiro’s movements, allowing him to control them with ease. However, Fun Fun Fun has its drawbacks: Ojiro must stay above his target for the ability to work, and the Stand isn’t built for combat. This forces Ojiro to carefully plan his positioning and how he’ll meet the conditions to activate the Stand’s power.

Space Trucking

Space Trucking from Jojolion, yellow humanoid stand with cards on its body, and in the background Kaato Higashikata

Space Trucking, the Stand of Kaato Higashikata, has a special look and powers. Its main ability is Dimensional Storage, which lets Kaato hide objects between her cards. She can pull out these hidden objects, which can be much bigger than the deck itself, to surprise and attack her enemies. For example, she uses a chair to hit Joshu and hides Tsurugi’s whole body in the cards. Kaato can also trap her foes by getting their limbs stuck in the cards. Even though objects might look crushed inside the cards, they are just hidden, and Kaato can control them, like when she crushes the Locacaca branch to get its sap.

Awaking III Leaves

Awaking III leaves from jojo part 8

Awaking III Leaves, Mitsuba Higashikata’s Stand in JoJolion, has special abilities and a unique look. Its power, Vector Manipulation, allows Mitsuba to create arrows that change the direction of anything that touches them. With this ability, she can move energy along these arrows, keeping unwanted things away from her, her body, or any area where the arrows are. By setting up multiple arrows, she can make energy take the shortest route out of a space, like when she forces objects out of a person’s body. Mitsuba can also increase force by stacking arrows along the same line, such as making an elevator go three times faster by placing three arrows on its walls.

I Am a Rock

stand I'm a rock from JOJOLion

I Am a Rock is a stand belonging to Yotsuyu Yagiyama with a powerful ability called Selective Attraction. This ability causes objects to be pulled toward anyone Yotsuyu touches. Once the victim makes contact, the objects move closer and faster until they force their way into the victim’s body.

Yotsuyu can choose the type of objects that are attracted and can target multiple people simultaneously. For example, if she wants one or more people to attract all the basketballs in the city, she only needs to make physical contact with them. This ability is suitable for combat due to the intense strength of the attraction. However, the stand’s main disadvantage is its limited range, which cannot exceed 10 meters. This limitation creates a significant opportunity for the affected person to escape.

Les Feuilles

stand Les Feuilles

Les Feulies is a colony stand with unique properties. It exists independently of any user, and anyone who understands how it works can use it. The stand manifests as a colony and can be found under leaves. Its ability allows anyone who touches the end of a path to be instantly transported to the other end. People often misuse this power to commit fraud by positioning it so that someone unintentionally damages property and has to pay for repairs. Most people fall into this trap because the teleportation is invisible to the naked eye.

Doobie Wah

stand Doobie Wah, a blue stand with a swirl of water surrounding its body

Doobie Wah is a dangerous Stand that takes the form of a tornado, relentlessly tracking one or more targets by sensing their breath. It manifests when it accumulates air, appearing instantly once Aisho marks the target or their Stand. Once summoned, Doobie Wah cannot be physically attacked, making escape nearly impossible.

The tornado can slice through objects and cause significant damage, pursuing its target as long as they continue to breathe. The only way to avoid it is by holding one’s breath, but this is only a temporary solution. The most effective way to defeat Doobie Wah is by taking down its user, Aisho.

Vitamin C

stand vitamin c in jojo part 8

Vitamin C, the Stand of Tamaki Dam is a frightening Stand. It leaves fingerprints that make living things soften and turn to liquid upon contact. This horrifying change makes victims weak and defenseless. However, Vitamin C’s power only works within a certain area. If a victim moves outside this area, they stop softening right away.
