Kortopi
It is a consensus in the HxH community that, when it comes to combat, Kortopi is the weakest member of the Phantom Troupe. Even though he has incredible speed by normal human standards, he is the weakest physically, and his focus is entirely on support. Kortopi’s Nen ability, Gallery Fake, allows him to create copies of objects. While this ability isn’t combat-focused, it is incredibly useful for the Troupe’s thieving activities.
Kortopi’s strength lies in supporting the Troupe’s operations and providing valuable resources. His feats include creating replicas of valuable items for the Troupe’s heists. His ability has greatly helped the Phantom Troupe deceive the Mafia in various ways during the Yorknew arc. However, since his ability is entirely focused on support, Kortopi ranks last.

Pakunoda
Pakunoda is similar to Kortopi in being a support-type member. Her Nen ability, Memory Bomb, allows her to read memories by touching someone or transfer her memories by shooting a non-lethal Nen bullet from her gun. Whoever she shoots receives the memories. This ability makes her one of the most valuable and irreplaceable members of the Spiders, as it is highly useful for interrogations and gathering information.
However, her ability doesn’t contribute much to combat. While her physical capabilities surpass those of a normal human, she ranks second to last in the Phantom Troupe.

Kaluto Zoldyck
Kaluto, for beung a member of the Zoldyck family, get some points to combat prowess, but in Kaluto’s case he have not seen a lot form him, his power is based on the control of paper, that has a good offensive potential, he would use to completely oblitarate an chimera ant,, it works by finding a weak poijint in Kaluto’s adversarie, where the paper he Manipulates can easilly cut, and after finding a potential point to attack he sends a tornado of paper pieces to attack the region resulting in serious damage.
Although he’s not a support type, and also a Zoldyck family member, he has not enough feats and for his age and being a new comer, lacks a lot in experience compared to the other memebrers.

Shizuku Murasaki
Shizuku is also a support type who can use her ability in an offensive way. Her ability, Blinky, allows her to summon a vacuum cleaner that can suck up anything non-living. This ability is flexible and can be used both for utility and in fights. For example, she used it against the Chimera Ant officer Pike, where she also demonstrated her strategic skills in battle.
While she does have some offensive power, she is physically weak. Given the high level of competition within the Troupe, this limits her standing among its members.

Nobunaga Hazama
Nobunaga’s strength is somewhat of a mystery, as not much is known about his full capabilities. However, he’s an Enhancer and has more physical power than everyone on this list except for Kaluto, whose strength is uncertain.
Nobunaga is a skillful user of En, able to extend his aura up to four meters away from him. This combines well with his exceptional swordsmanship skills, making him a frontline fighter for the Troupe.

Machi Komacine
Machi is known for her exceptional support abilities,being able to literraly replace servered limbs mebers using her nen stitches, but thse snitches can do way more than that, it was able to use Mafia memebrs as pupputes by controling them with strings
Machi’s Nen Stitches ability involves using her threads to sew up wounds and reattach severed limbs, making her an invaluable healer. She can also use her threads offensively, creating traps and binding her opponents. Machi’s combat style is precise and efficient, often focusing on disabling her enemies rather than outright defeating them. Her loyalty to the Troupe and her willingness to use her abilities to support her comrades highlight her strength.

Franklin Bordeau
Franklin is an emitter and one of the few who uses this ability effectively. He can shoot Nen bullets from his fingers, making it an incredibly dangerous and powerful ability. Unlike normal guns, which Nen usually makes useless, these bullets can penetrate defenses. If opponents don’t have enough speed or durability to resist the shots, they will end up losing.
As a natural emitter, Franklin can also use enhancement at 80%, which grants him the fourth place in physical strength within the Troupe.

Bonolenov Ndongo
Bonolenov’s strength lies in his unique Nen ability, Battle Cantabile. By using his body as a musical instrument, he can produce powerful sound-based attacks. Bonolenov’s Battle Cantabile ability involves using the holes in his body to create musical notes that generate powerful sound waves. These sound waves can summon a giant Jupiter that destroys everything in its path and moves at high speed. Additionally, with Nen, he can also transform into a warrior with a spear. With these abilities, he defeated a Chimera Ant without any trouble.

Shalnark
Shalnark is a manipulator with the ability to control anyone he successfully attaches an antenna to. This is one of the most common uses of manipulation in Hunter x Hunter. However, what makes him stand out is his ability, Autopilot. By using an antenna on himself, he receives a boost in speed, strength, and aura. With this ability, he was able to tear apart a Chimera Ant. Afterward, he didn’t remember everything that happened during that time.

Phinks Magcub
Phinks is the second strongest member of the Troupe physically. He has an interesting Nen ability that increases the power of his punches by rotating his arm. The more rotations, the stronger the punch. While it’s likely to have a limitation, it hasn’t been confirmed yet. Therefore, there’s no way to tell the limit of rotations. However, 15 rotations were more than enough to grant him a win against a Chimera Ant. His insane physical strength and unique ability earn him the sixth place.

Uvogin
Uvogin is the strongest member of the Phantom Troupe physically. He is officially the best Phantom Troupe member at arm wrestling, showcasing his immense physical strength and durability. He’s a straightforward fighter who trusts his physical capabilities to win rather than strategizing. This fits well with his pure enhancement nature of Nen and is why he ranks higher on this list.
His Nen ability, Big Bang Impact, allows him to deliver devastating punches with the strength of a small missile. Uvogin demonstrated this move in battles against the Mafia and the Shadow Beasts, which were completely one-sided fights.

Feitan Portor
Feitan is known for his incredible speed and agility, making him one of the fastest members of the Troupe. In his fight against Zazan, Kaluto stated that he could barely follow Feitan’s movements. His Nen ability, Pain Packer, allows him to convert the pain he receives into powerful attacks. He used this ability to defeat Zazan, a Chimera Ant Squadron Leader. This showcased how powerful this ability is, as all the troupe members retreated, afraid of the effect it would have on them.
Feitan’s Pain Packer ability manifests as a suit of armor that absorbs damage and converts it into a powerful counterattack. The Rising Sun, one of the forms Pain Packer can manifest, generates an intense burst of heat and light, incinerating his opponents. Another important point is that Feitan is also a skilled swordsman.

Illumi Zoldyck
Illumi, as a Zoldyck family member and the strongest human manipulator in Hunter x Hunter, is a master assassin with exceptional control over his Nen ability, Needlemen. He can manipulate people by inserting his needles into their bodies, controlling their actions and giving them commands. Hisoka gave him a grade of 95 out of 100, which shows he is close to Hisoka in terms of power and would give him a hard time in battle.
In addition to this, Illumi can cope with physical pain very well. In the Hunter Exam arc, Gon breaks his arms, and he has no reaction at all.

Hisoka Morow
Hisoka’s achievements include reviving himself with post-mortem Nen and becoming a floor master in Heaven’s Arena without ever losing a fight. In the three matches he didn’t win, he simply didn’t show up. His strength is so great that even Chrollo had to make intense preparations to fight him. This shows Chrollo’s respect for Hisoka’s strength.
Hisoka is a combat genius with a lot of experience. His Nen ability, Bungee Gum, has the properties of both rubber and gum. Another ability, Texture Surprise, can cover any surface, making it look and feel different. These abilities match his tricky nature in fighting. They make him very versatile and often surprise his opponents.
Bungee Gum can stop coins moving as fast as bullets and shoot them back. He can also use it to create traps, attach it to his opponent, and move them around. Hisoka showed an ingenious use of Texture Surprise in his fight against Kastro. After losing his arm, he reattached it loosely. He then used a napkin and Texture Surprise to imitate the texture and appearance of his hand. This made it seem like his arm had healed, which made Kastro nervous. Hisoka uses his abilities to their fullest and plays mind games with his opponents. This shows why he deserves his reputation.

Chrollo Lucilfer
Chrollo‘s strength matches his role in the Phantom Troupe. He is the strongest member, but his main strength isn’t physical. He’s the seventh strongest in arm wrestling within the troupe, which is impressive for a specialist. However, what truly makes him the strongest member is his genius intellect, experience, and his Nen ability, Skill Hunter. This ability allows him to steal and use the abilities of other Nen users, making him incredibly versatile.
In his fight against Hisoka, Chrollo showed us his strategic genius. He prepared a favorable scenario and selected the right abilities to defeat Hisoka, who is a very difficult adversary. Speaking of difficult adversaries, in the Yorknew City arc, Chrollo was able to take on both Zilva and Zeno Zoldyck at the same time while they were trying to kill him.
